Drawing moves from boxing, capoeira and karate, Body Combat is a high-intensity workout that will get your heart pumping at its max. Pure Fitness trainer Esteban Merchan Ortiz demonstrates a range of kick-ass moves here, which targets your shoulders, core, thighs and lower back. Put on some groovy tunes and you’re all set to torch calories!
HOW IT WORKS
Do this three to five times a week. Do the upper body workout on one side, followed by the other. Do the same for the lower body workout. Include a one-minute jog in between. Round off with a one-minute double pulse squat.
Comfortable clothes, sports shoes and fast-tempo music of 130bpm.
