Designed by yoga instructor Jasmine Chong, also the founder of Yoga Lab, this yoga flow features eight moves that will work your arms, shoulders, abs, back, butt and thighs – all the muscles that will make you look leaner and more defined!
Every day, do this sequence three times consecutively, resting for up to a minute between each set. One complete set takes about two minutes, so consider your workout done in 10 minutes!
If you have only a few minutes, crank out this sequence once. When it comes to exercise, anything is better than nothing. All you need is a bit of space, and dedication!
Yoga sequence for weight loss
- V-ups (5 reps)
- Alternating bicycle crunches (5 reps per side)
- Bridge pose (10 seconds)
- Squat (5 seconds)
- Warrior 2 (10 seconds)
- Side plank (5 seconds)
- Plank (5 seconds)
- Half push-up (5 seconds)
- Locust pose (5 seconds)
Repeat the sequence on opposite side to complete set. For more burn, hold each pose for a longer duration.
