We asked sport medicine doctors, dietitians and fitness trainers to pick out seven diet boo-boos and three workout blunders that women often make (you know, since diet accounts for 70 per cent of weight loss and exercise 30 per cent). So weight watchers, whether you’re guilty of just one or all of these, rectifying those errors will go far in you successfully losing weight – and keeping it that way.
