Add some fun to your home workouts by incorporating unexpected items such as 🧻🧻 (Why not, since we are well-stocked already? 🤣) Inspired by @kaisafit, editor @estellelow tries this full-body toilet paper workout, with some modifications of her own. All you need are 🧻🧻🧻🧻 and a mat for grip and cushioning.

Do each exercise for 20s AMRAP, with 10s rest. Repeat circuit for 2-4 times. Sweatiness guaranteed.

Last Sunday, we celebrated International Women’s

Last Sunday, we celebrated International Women’s Day with a bang at an all-women event @grityardsg 💪🏽 The afternoon started with a self-confidence talk led by body positivity advocate @cheryltaysg and @sloggisg which had women of different shapes sharing their personal body image struggles in Sloggi’s Go Allround underwear (which is amazingly stretchy btw).
.
Self-defence champ @yunquanqin led us through essential tried-and-tested defence skills, and got us LOL-ing when we had to role play and practise with each other. According to her, you can use almost any item 🌂👠👜to protect yourself in times of trouble - except for tissue paper! 😂
.
The afternoon ended with a multi-level HIIT workout by @cheryltaysg and @joykuan to the beat of our favourite girl pop songs 👙🦄, leaving us high and energized for the week ahead.

All in all, it was a fab event we want to have more of!
