Go on a run with the latest adidas Ultraboost 19 running shoes with a friend at zero cost. You could win a $250 adidas running kit too. Score!
For a good six months, running hadn’t been a part of my workout equation for two reasons. 1. My sweat time was reserved for group exercise classes that I’ve been hooked on. 2. My running shoes were old and in desperate need for replacement.
While strength training helped me build muscle and gain better functional mobility, I wasn’t at the top of my game in terms of endurance. I yearned to incorporate regular runs back into my fitness regimen again for a dose of cardio – and wearing adidas’ Ultraboost 19 running shoes made that commitment much easier to keep.
Like a sturdy pair of socks, the knit uppers provided optimal support while remaining stretchy and adaptive to my feet. They wrapped comfortably over my bunions, without leaving any trace of abrasion after the first wear. The Continental outsoles, made with the same rubber used in tyres, also boasted great traction that allowed me to run on wet roads and tracks with ease.
What really impressed me was the perfect amount of cushioning and responsiveness in the midsole’s Boost foam, which allowed me to run farther than I normally would, and kept me motivated to lace up week after week.
