The Tambourine Man has released 38 studio albums in his illustrious 56-year career and picked up the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2016. The 77-year-old, known for songs like Blowin’ In The Wind (1963), The Times They Are A-Changin’ (1964) and Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door (1973) last performed here in 2011 at the Timbre Rock & Roots music festival.

We can tell you that the extravagant Jon M. Chu movie is gorgeously shot, with fashion you’ll be drooling over, all set in locations you’ll recognize. Want to stake out the gala premiere? It’s happening on August 21 at the Capitol Theatre, and we know it’s set to be a glitzy affair where you’ll be able to spot the likes of Png, Xie, and perhaps even director Chu on the red carpet. Head there by 6.30pm to catch a glimpse of the stars.
