The festive season means three things – family, fun, and food. Unfortunately, it usually also means feasting and gaining weight. Thankfully, more restaurants are now including more nutritious options in their festive dishes. From whole grains and fresh herbs to free range meats and flourless cakes, the options are great for the health-conscious and are yummy to boot. But remember to indulge in moderation. At the dinner table, sharing is caring!
