Dark chocolate is the healthiest of all chocolates, with its high cacao content that’s shown to improve your health and reduce the risk of heart diseases and stroke.
Not all chocolates are made equal, though.
In this video, the Shape team tried dark chocolate from six well-known brands: Meiji, Lindt, Cadbury, Waitrose, Rittersport, and Hershey’s.
Some were so flavourful, we had second and third helpings. Others were downright blah, so we don’t recommend wasting your kcal for them.
