Perk Up With a Smoothie!
This tasty delight is one of our favourite drinks and we love it right after a sweaty workout. It’s quite filling, so you might not eat much after, but it never feels too heavy in your stomach!
What you need:
1/2 cucumber (cut into cubes for easier processing)
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup of frozen fruit (or 1 passionfruit)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Pour everything into a blender and blitz till smooth. Serve immediately.
