We all love a tasty, healthy wrap. Easy to prepare at home and pack to work, wraps make satisfying midday meals that you can assemble quickly at the office pantry. Try this pescatarian recipe by foodstagrammer @Catslavery, Bella Koh from The Cat Kitchen, using Mission Foods 6 Grains Wrap, a new product that’s been launched just this week. We love the wrap. It’s bursting with flavour (savoury, sweet, tangy…) and texture.
PS. Bella recommends using organic ingredients, but you can always substitute with regular versions if you can’t get hold of them.

For Grilled Fish
1 halibut fillet
1 clove organic garlic, minced
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt
For Red Cabbage Asian Slaw
1/2 cup very thinly sliced organic red cabbage
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup cubed organic mango
1 stalk chopped fresh organic cilantro
1/2 chopped organic chilli padi
1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
1 teaspoon organic fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
A pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
2 organic lettuce leaves
Juice of 1 lime (for drizzling over filling before wrapping, optional)
- Lightly coat skillet with olive oil. Grill halibut over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. (Garlic may burn so add it in the last couple of minutes.)
- Mix slaw ingredients together. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or until you’re ready to serve. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Place lettuce leaves on wrap. Top with red cabbage slaw and grilled halibut. Finish with a squeeze of lime, wrap and serve!
