You need: Avocado, Poached Egg, Salt & Pepper
Layer one sliced avocado and a poached egg on top of a bowl of cooked rolled oats. Add salt and pepper to your taste before mixing this delicious and creamy delight that will blow your mind!
You need: Bacon, Roasted Tomato, Cheddar Cheese, Spring Onions
This recipe is bit sinful, so reserve it for the weekend. Chop a strip of bacon and half a roasted tomato. Toss it into a bowl of cooked oats with a handful of cheddar cheese. Garnish with spring onions and try not to salivate too much when you mix the ingredients together in this cheesy, yummy breakfast bowl.
You need: Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions, Salt & Pepper, Parsley, Raw Capsicum
Sauté a few sliced mushrooms with 1/4 of a medium sized onion in olive oil. Transfer the stir fry to your cup of cooked oatmeal before topping it off with parsley, salt, pepper and 1/4 of a cubed capsicum for a delicious, watery crunch amidst the medley of succulent flavours.
You Need: Feta Cheese, Spinach, Pistachios, Onions, Olives, Salt & Pepper
Put half a handful of crumbled feta cheese, spinach, a few pieces of chopped pistachios, 1/4 of a sliced medium sized onion and a few olives to the mix before garnishing it with salt and pepper. Mix it evenly for a terrific and absolutely nutritious bowl of oat salad that wow your tastebuds with every bite.
