This makes a guilt-free snack, and is easy to prepare.
To make a Thai chilli dip: In blender, combine one cilantro root, a bunch of mint leaves, five bird’s eye chilli, five green chilli, five cloves garlic, half tablespoon fish sauce and juice from half a lime. Blend, and serve with 20g green caviar.
To make a miso dip: In bowl, mix one tablespoon miso, two tablespoons water, lemon juice and capers to taste.
Dips are good for one serving (20g) of green caviar.
