In the video above, Denise demos a short yoga sequence that will lift your spirits instantly. With some hops and jumps thrown in, this multi-level yoga flow is especially great for moody mornings, or when you’re struggling with sluggishness. All you need are nine minutes (the duration of your wardrobe dilemma?) and a yoga mat.
By the end of those nine minutes, you’ll be perspiring and glowing for sure. You’ll also feel much lighter than before, since the poses open up your hamstrings, hip flexors and calves – muscles that tend to be tight from hours of sitting.
Oh, you’ll be firing up your core, arms and legs, too. Consider this a workout done.
