These Netflix shows aren’t just entertaining, but are also downright motivating. By motivating, we mean feeling so pumped up that you’ll be dying to get off your bum and do something you normally wouldn’t think of doing. Like wearing a leotard, putting on your dancing shoes or hitting the basketball court. Ready, get set, stream!
1. Full Out – Netflix
Follow the true story of Ariana Berlin, an elite American gymnast whose dream of competing in the 2008 Beijing Olympics got crushed after a debilitating car accident. Despite having little chance of a full recovery, she fought to regain her movement and confidence, eventually leading the women’s gymnastics team in the University of California, Los Angeles to clinch a championship title. When there’s a will, there’s a way!
