We tried out the SuperPark, the 40,000 sqft adult playground from Finland. Here’s how much fun we had.
When we saw the invite to a 40,000 sqft indoor playground designed for kids, teens and young-at-heart adults, we almost literally said hip-hip-hooray. The Finnish SuperPark has parked a new facility in sunny Singapore, and we are ready to unleash our inner child.
About Super Park
Located in the centrally located Suntec City, kids, teens, adults, and families alike can all join in the fun. There are activities for everyone under the same roof with over 20 stations.
There are three areas in the compound – an Adventure Area, Game Arena, and Freestyle Hall. The first is targeted at children, with a flying fox, tube slide, kid’s gym, adventure play, pedal car track, and more.
In the Game Arena, youngsters can play basketball and football (score against an AI goalkeeper). The Freestyle Hall, however, was what got us excited. Here, you can do wall climbing, tackle a warrior obstacle course, have a go at skateboarding, bounce your stress away on the trampolines and even play an interactive parkour game.
The activities are super fun and suit adults and kids of all ages and fitness levels. The competitive games are a great way to let off steam after a stressful work week. The SuperBall and street basketball games will definitely get your heart pumping as you work to beat the opposing team!
If you are looking for a challenge, head straight to the batting cage where most people will find it hard to strike the balls released from a pitching machine. And when you successfully bat one, the subsequent balls come at your faster and harder.
Tickets are priced at $22 for a 6pm to 9pm ticket or $35 for an all-day ticket on weekdays. Weekend tickets are priced at $32 for a 9am to 1pm time slot; $40 for 1.30pm to 5.30pm; $28 for 6pm to 9pm; and $48 for an all-day ticket. They are open from 10am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 9pm on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
