More than 400 participants showed up for Shape Yoga 2017 despite the wet weather. The ground was damp but they happily rolled out their mats for a morning of yoga. Thankfully, the rain cleared in time, and there was no sign of sun. The air was cool and crisp, the perfect setting for an outdoor workout.
From 7.30am, instructors from Pure Yoga led everyone through a powerful vinyasa sequence, followed by 30 minutes of meditation and 45 minutes of buddy yoga, which elicited lots of laughter.
