Whether you’re an “apple” with a thick waist, a bottom-heavy “pear”, or a slouchy “banana”, these body specific-type workouts can help rid those problem areas. Created by Claudel Kuek, founder and CEO of Powermoves Pilates in the Park, each 5-minute workout comprises two moves and targets weak muscles in the torso (apple), lower body (pear), shoulders and back (banana). You’ll need an exercise mat.
For best results, do these exercises three times a week. You should see the difference in one month! To increase the intensity of the workout, do more reps but stop once you are unable to execute the moves in good form.
