Fans of F45’s intensive circuit training classes now have a new spacious playground to take their sweat sessions to. For the uninitiated, the F stands for Functional, while 45 represents the length of one workout – i.e. 45 minutes. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are typically cardio-focused, while even days are dedicated to strength and resistance-building.

While there could be as many as 18 stations scattered around the gym, screens with looping demos of each exercise, a countdown timer and super motivational trainers ensure you’re never lost in the motion. And with the extensive variety of exercises and equipment used – from suspension training straps to sandbags, it’s pretty impossible to get bored of workouts here. For a two-week trial, visit
