  • Try the all new boxing-inspired Boom class
2 / 6 Try the all new boxing-inspired Boom class

Once you step into the gym, your eyes go immediately to the trio of climbing ropes in the freestyle training zone. This fun zone is where the all-new 45-minute Boom class takes place. Similar to aqua boxing HIIT classes, you alternate between various boxing combinations of jabs, uppercuts and hooks before going into a series of strength and conditioning exercises, such as bicycle crunches and lateral tilts with the ViPR exercise tube. It’s a storm of a workout and you’re sure to torch calories effectively while training your core stability and coordination skills.

While Boom is currently only available at Fitness First Paya Lebar, we hear they might be rolling out the class at selected gyms across the island in the future.
