You’ll be running an all-new route
It’s always exciting when a new running route comes around, especially if you’ve been a loyal participant of the Great Eastern Women’s Run. While waiting for the exact race route to be announced, you can expect a change in scenery with your run starting at Nicoll Highway and ending at the race village located at the spacious National Stadium.
Get your hands on the flattering and comfy Reebok race tee
In Great Eastern’s signature red, this year’s race tee by new apparel partner Reebok comes with a super flattering V-neckline that elongates your neck and accentuates those collar bones. 21.1km finishers will be rewarded with an exclusive blue Reebok Finisher Tee (worth $39).
You can doll up for a good cause
Make your run extra meaningful by donning an iconic Great Eastern Women’s Run tutu with a donation of $5 and above, or wearing your name loud and proud on your race tee for $20. For every personalisation made, $15 goes to the beneficiaries, Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Women’s Health Research and Education Fund.
There’s a new 110-metre sprint challenge for the fast and furious
Got a need for speed? Great news. As part of Great Eastern’s 110th anniversary celebration, this running event has a new category – a 110-metre sprint on the race track of the National Stadium, for you to channel all your energy into. It‘s not open to the public except during ticketed events, so setting foot on the lanes where top athletes have graced is a rare opportunity not to be missed.
Your little ones can join in the action
Bond with your ‘mini-me’ as you stride hand-in-hand in the 2km Mummy + Me Run (for daughters aged seven to 12) or the ever popular Princess Dash (for girls aged three to six), which comes with an adorable tutu skirt and exclusive finisher tiara.
