It comes as no surprise that Payal Kadakia, founder of fitness subscription platform ClassPass, has dipped her toes in every type of workout available. Barre, HIIT, trampoline classes, martial arts, aerial yoga – you name it, she’s done it.
During Payal’s short visit to Singapore, we caught up her for an exclusive interview at Upside Motion’s OUE Downtown Gallery outlet. There, she gamely demonstrated five exercise moves in her repertoire – and shares why she absolutely loves them.
