Benjamin: Hard is relative. I have seen this with nearly all my clients, what is hard today will actually be easy in a month’s time. If it is not hard, it won’t change you, embrace the difficulty and take pride in overcoming it. Fitness Excuse #2: “I have no time.”
Benjamin: A workout can be as short as 20 minutes a day. Having no time is never an excuse. Prioritise your health and time will be made. Exercising improves energy levels, which in turn help you to get more done with your time anyway, win win!
