5. What is the age requirement of women keen to participate in the Shape Run'09?
   The Shape Run is open to all women aged 16 (as at Dec 31, 2009) and above only.
6. What are the different race categories?
   There are three race categories:
   a) 5km Individual
   b) 10km Individual
   c) Corporate Category (5km)
7. How does the corporate category race work?
   Each corporate team can comprise of a minimum of three and a maximum of five runners. Participants must be full-time employees within the same company. This category is open to all business organisations, including ministries and statutory boards.

1. How can I register for the Shape Run'09?
   All participants must submit their entries and payment online through the website.
2. What is the registration fee?

   * Registration fee is the same whether the team comprises of five members or less (minimum three members).
3. How do participants register for the corporate category?
   The team shall register together as a single entry. All names of the team members must be included during registration. New members cannot be added to the team after registration.
4. Will I receive a full refund on my registration fees if I withdraw from the Shape Run'09?
   Once the registration has been duly processed, there will be no refunds to the participant should she decide not to take part in the run.
5. Is the registration transferable?
   The entry is non-transferable. The organiser has the right to disqualify any participant found to be using another participant's number bib.
6. Can I change my race category after I have registered?
   Participants are not allowed to change race categories after registration.
7. When does registration close?
   Registration closes as soon as the maximum number of slots has been filled.
8. What is the $10 for six months subscription to Shape Magazine offer?
   Participants pay only $10 more to receive six issues of Shape Magazines worth $36.
   This offer is available only to participants from the 5km and 10km Individual categories. Please indicate your selection during registration.
9. When is the commencement issue?
   August 2009 or upon expiry of current subscription

1. When is the race pack collection?
   The race pack will only be issued between July 10-12, 2009 from 11am to 8pm at the Shape Run Carnival at Marina Square Central Atrium Level 2.
2. Are there other dates to collect my race pack?
   No. Please collect within the three days stated.
3. What do I need to bring during the collection day?
   Participants have to produce the confirmation slip bearing the confirmation number together with their identity card or passport.
4. Can I authorise someone to collect on my behalf?
   Yes, your representative must bring along a letter of authorisation (issued by you, stating his/her name and NRIC no.), together with your confirmation slip and his/her identity card. Click here to download the authorization letter.
5. What does the race pack consist of?
   The race pack consists of a number bib, a timing device and a Nike runner's tee.
6. Can I exchange if the size of my tee is not suitable?
   Size selection is made during registration. Please refer to the size chart for details. No exchange can be made once registration is completed.
7. Can I run without my number bib?
   No, runners without their number bib will not be allowed to participate.

1. What do I receive after the run?
   All participants will receive a runner's kit after completing their run when they present the runner's kit collection tag attached to their bibs at the designated area. A finisher's certificate will also be mailed to participants with Singapore addresses only.
2. How do I check my timing?
   Timings will be posted on www.shape.com.sg.

1. What do winners have to do during the prize presentation?
   The top three winners from the individual race categories (5km, 10km) are requested to wear the organiser's sports jacket provided during prize presentation. This jacket is provided on loan.
2. How is the winning team for the corporate category determined?
   Timing of the best three runners in each team will be tallied. The top three teams with the best timings will be declared as winners.
