Admin Brief for Squad Relay Runners

Reporting and Assembly for Squad Relay

All Squad Relay runners must report at the Transition Area based on the timing stated below. Each team member will run a distance of 5KM individually and separately – the first runner will pass the cape at the Transition Area to the second runner, who will then pass the cape to the third runner after they each complete 5KM. The relay is completed once the third runner finishes her leg of 5KM and cross the finish line.
